The Voter Analysis Tool (VAT) is an online resource that offers data unavailable in VoteBuilder (VAN) with multiple features including:
- Reports of monthly changes in voter registration, moves, and party switches
- Email delivery of lists of the newest voters for canvassing or phone banking
- Email address lists to upload to VoteBuilder (VAN)
- Canvassing lists with voter names, addresses, age, and phone for those without a VoteBuilder (VAN) account.
- Colorful charts showing voter registration and Vote By Mail progress
- Creation of slate cards customized for individual voters to be distributed by texting or emailing

Enhanced Messaging Services (EMS) is an online tool to improve texting campaigns by:
- Improving deliverability by choosing the best cell phone number to use
- Reformatting VAN lists quickly into the texting platform input format
- Enabling you to send targeted messages with dynamic content to specific groups of voters depending on their age, gender, previous VBM, voting patterns, or other demographics
- Providing short URLs to links
- Tracking click activity matched to the Voter ID for follow-up
- Storing digital images for texts, landing pages, and slate cards
