Create a Negative List

Creating a “Negative” List could be useful for canvassing non-registered people who live in a predominately Democratic area. 

1. Open the Home Districts criteria box.
2. Select County and Precinct:
3. Click on Street Name.

A list of all streets in the selected precinct will be displayed.

4. Open the Party criteria box.

5. Select ALL Parties

6. Run Search

Since this list includes all registered voters, it will may be quite long. If your list is too long for one volunteer pair to handle, you will want to split list into manageable chunks by Cutting Turf.  

7. From the My Turfs screen, select the turf you want to give to a volunteer. 

8. The list will be displayed in Alpha order.  Sort by Address by clicking on the Address Heading.  

The List will be re-displayed in street #/apartment# order.  

9. Print the List or Send to MiniVan.  

Knock on doors of Addresses NOT on list:
